Years ago, after watching her father struggle with early memory loss, Mabel became interested in the connection between nutrition, movement, and mental clarity.
She read up on the science, but more importantly, she tested what actually worked in her day-to-day life.
She began by walking every morning—not to burn calories, but to center herself. “It gives me space to breathe and think,” she says. “That’s something no supplement can replace.”
