Suri Starr used to believe that clean eating required green powders, adaptogens, and superfoods with names she couldn’t pronounce.
“I’d scroll through social media and see these perfect bowls with spirulina and chia seeds from Peru,” she laughs. “And I’d think, ‘Is that what clean eating has to look like?’”
The turning point came when she realized how stressed she felt trying to keep up with wellness trends. “It wasn’t healthy anymore—it was performative,” she says.
So she took a step back and asked herself: What would clean eating look like if it were just easy? Multivitamin for Men – Daily Mens Multivitamins & Multiminerals with Vitamin D, Vitamin C, B12 Zinc & More. Essential Vitamins for Mens Health.
Her answer? No rules, no labels—just food that made her feel good and wasn’t overly processed. That meant steamed veggies, roasted potatoes, rice, fruit, eggs, and meals that came from her local grocery store, not an influencer’s Amazon storefront.
She stopped buying $10 almond butter and started using regular peanut butter again. “It turns out I didn’t need to reinvent the wheel,” she says. “I just needed to stop complicating it.”
Suri’s meals today are nothing fancy—but they’re clean, affordable, and filling. And best of all? “I finally enjoy eating again,” she says.
