Ivy Rose considered desserts off the menu when she wanted to cut back on carbohydrates. Her love of sweets, however, motivated her to develop low-carb substitutes equally pleasing. “You are not giving up dessert,” she advises. You simply need to be imaginative.
Ivy lists three low-carb desserts here:
Keto Chocolate Mug Cake: “This is my go-to when I’m craving chocolate, Ivy notes.” Ready in minutes, it is made with almond flour, chocolate powder, and a hint of stevia.
Berry Parfait Layer fresh berries with Greek yogurt or whipped cream for a cool, guilt-free delicacy. “It’s light, simple, and quite delicious,” Ivy says.
Chocolate Mousse Made with Avocado and Chocolate
Though that sounds unusual, trust me, Ivy says. A creamy, rich treat loaded with healthy fats, avocado mixed with cocoa powder, almond milk, and a sugar replacement creates.
Dessert for Ivy is about enjoyment free from restrictions. “You can still stay on track and satisfy your sweet tooth,” she says, grinning.
