Realising a balanced, contoured body calls far more than just spot work. Sophia’s method of full-body training stresses tone, strength, and flexibility—which helps her to keep a feminine, well-defined form.
Whether your exercise program is new or you want to improve it, Sophia’s secrets to success are all about consistency, deliberate training, and self-care.
“I think in working out my whole body, not only one part,” Sophia says. If you concentrate just on one area, you will not get results. One must be balanced.
Strength Work for Curves
Three times a week, Sophia includes weight training to develop lean muscle and accentuate her curves. Targeting several muscle groups at once, her program emphasises compound motions including squats, deadlifts, and lunges. She keeps a tonned but feminine shape without bulking up by lifting modest weights.
Toning requires weight training, she advises. “Control and form define it, not about heavy weights.”
Cardio to Create Endurance and Burn Fat
Sophia’s regimen includes cardio mostly in order to burn fat and keep a good heart. She alternately cycles or jogging steady-state cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). These exercises increase her general endurance in addition to helping to maintain low body fat.
“Cardio need not be dull,” Sophia says. “Find something you enjoy; it’s all about movement—dancing, running, or swimming.”
Flexibility and Stretch
Sophia stretches for at least fifteen minutes out of her routine. She understands the need of keeping her muscles supple to avoid damage and help in recovery, whether it means yoga or post-workout stretching.
She notes, “It’s so easy to forget about stretching.” “But the one thing that changes your body’s sensation the most the next day.”
Following Sophia’s whole-body program will help you develop a balanced, sculpted body and experience increased confidence, strength, and wellness.
