Kasia Struss: Pilates and Balanced Diet Help Build Strength

Thanks in part to her Pilates and a balanced diet, the gorgeous Polish model Kasia Struss epitomises strength and grace rather than only runway presence. Maintaining Kasia’s physical health is a whole trip combining conscious nutrition with consistent movement.


“Fitness is about feeling great too, not only about appearances,” Kasia says. Her exercise program revolves mostly on Pilates since she is committed to it.

Kasia puts lean meats, fresh fruits, veggies, and good fats among other things into her meals. Her diet consists mostly in avocados, salmon, and leafy greens, which provide vital minerals that maintain her body’s energy and lovely skin. She also stresses drinking lots of water all through the day.

She counsels, “Listening to your body is key.” Whether it’s a satisfying meal or rest, Kasia exhorts everyone to pay attention to the messages their body sends. Her approach is all about establishing an environmentally friendly lifestyle that advances confidence and health on the inside as well as outside.
