“Your body needs the proper nutrients to recover,” Khloé stated in an interview. “I try to get a decent mix of protein, carbs, and good fats.”

” If I’m on the go, I’ll grab a protein shake with some almond butter, chia seeds, and a banana,” she said. “It’s fast but loaded with all my body needs to heal.”
