” Breakfast can be easy,” Aria says. The night before she makes chia pudding with plant-based milk, chia seeds, and a sprinkle of agave syrup. Top it in the morning with fresh berries; it’s good to go.

Aria enjoys classic avocado toast spruced for lunch. Within five minutes, “add some lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and red pepper flakes—it’s a flavor explosion.”
