Fitness fan and lifestyle coach Evie Johnson has created a program meant to increase energy, build muscles, and maintain body shape without overcomplicating matters.
For Evie, a balanced exercise consists not in hours in the gym but rather in regular, clever routines. “The best workout plan is one you can stick with,” she notes.
Morning Motivation – Start with Stretching
Every day Evie stretches gently to help her body come into action. She says, “Stretching in the morning wakes my muscles and sets a good tone.”
About five to ten minutes of a basic stretching program helps the body and mind get ready for the day.
Cardio Boost: Core and Cardio
To increase endurance and core strength, Evie then combines low-impact cardio with basic workouts. Usually spending around twenty minutes, she alternately performs planks, mountain climbers, mild jogging or cycling.
These exercises help her to maintain active metabolism all day and improve endurance.
Focus in Strength Training
Evie’s regimen requires strength training. She spends fifteen to twenty minutes concentrating on complex exercises including push-ups, lunges, and squats. She counsels, “Your own body weight works wonders; you do not need heavy weights to build strength.” She advises starting for two sets of ten repetitions for every exercise for people just starting strength training.
Recovery and cooldown
Emphasizing the need of cooling down with another round of stretching, Evie seeks to release tension and increase flexibility. “Recovery is as important as the workout itself.” she explains. “It’s my way of honoring my body for all it’s done.”
These ideas help Evie’s energetic schedule to be a reasonable, quick strategy to reach exercise goals while maintaining balance. To get a similar energy increase in your daily life, try including her method.
