Karlie enjoys playing about with Pilates and yoga. These workouts help her body heal from demanding ones by stressing core strength and flexibility. “Pilates maintains my muscles long and lean; yoga helps me stay flexible and centred,” Karlie says. Her body is kept in balance and injury-free by this all-around approach.
