Healthy Routines for a Productive Morning by Jenna Clark

Busy businesswoman and wellness fanatic Jenna Clark thinks that a wonderful morning sets off a terrific day. She advises “finding what works for you, not about doing everything perfectly.” Jenna lists her best routines to start the day in a focused manner.


1. Begin with water. Jenna has a glass of lemon water first thing in morning. “It supports digestion and wakes me,” she says. Maintaining hydration increases energy level and helps the body be ready for the next day.

2. Give movement top priority. Jenna spends twenty to thirty minutes lightly working out. She notes, “Sometimes it’s yoga, other times it’s a brisk walk.” Regular activity enhances mood and concentration in addition to keeping her fit.

3. Aware mornings. “I swear by journaling and thanks lists,” Jenna says. She jots down three items she is grateful for in five minutes. Even on hectic days, it grounds and inspires her.


4. A Breakfast in Balance. Jenna chooses a meal heavy in protein instead of sugary cereals. “My usual is avocado toast with a boiled egg or a smoothie with spinach, berries, and almond butter,” she explains.

5. Establish Goals. Jenna takes a few minutes organizing her daily activities. “I list my top three chores and schedule time for each,” she says. She keeps on target without feeling overburdened by this little habit.

Jenna discovers she is more focused and less anxious during the day by maintaining these routines. “You don’t need a perfect morning routine; just one that makes you feel best,” she counsels.
