Leni Fox’s High-Fiber Recipes for a Flat Tummy

Leni Fox started her road to a flatter, more comfortable belly in her kitchen rather than through detox teas or crunches.

After years of battling bloating and slow digestion, she found that fiber— quite basic—was one of the most effective weapons for gut health and tummy comfort.

Leni chuckles, “it’s not glamorous,” but “fibre changed everything for me.” Her digestion started to improve practically right away when she started concentrating on meals high in fibre.

“I had less bloating, more regularity, and a clear change in body feel throughout the day.”

She was most startled by how good and simple meals with a fibre concentration might be. She need not depend on pills or powders.

Rather, she created dishes based on actual ingredients—whole grains, legumes, veggies, and fruits—so altering her diet without compromising taste.

Leni grew to have a little collection of high-fiber dishes she could go back to often throughout time. Meals that were comfortable and fulfilling yet also made her feel lighter and more energising.


“I stopped stressing calories or carbohydrates,” she explains. “Instead, I started wondering, ‘Does this meal make me feel good afterward?”

Leni never approached things from a limited standpoint. She still went out with friends and loved dessert, but her normal diet kept her stomach happy—and that made all the difference.

“Flat tummy goals used to feel out of reach,” she notes. “Now I see it had nothing to do with appearances.” It concerned feeling better in my own flesh.
