Dinner can be the toughest meal someone on a weight-loss path has to keep light but enjoyable. Meal prep aficionado and personal trainer Sienna Cooper offers her best low-carb dinner recipes that never compromise taste or nutrition.

Low-carb does not mean no taste, Sienna says. “I concentrate on lean proteins, whole foods, and lots of spices to make every mouthful delicious.”

One may make zucchini noodles with garlicky prawns.

Sienna’s go-to dish is olive oil sautéed zucchini noodles topped with garlic and a touch of lemon. Top it with prawns and a red pepper flake sprinkling. “It’s really simple; you won’t even miss the pasta!” she explains.
