Mared Skye is aware personally of how difficult it may be to provide teenagers with a decent diet. She is a mother of two who has experienced the conflict between convenience meals and what developing bodies really require.

Standard dishes around the table were homemade tacos with fresh salsa, spaghetti mixed with roasted veggies, and grilled chicken with lemony marinades.
