Heart and Cardio Circuit


1. High-Knee Jog Start by jogging two minutes in high knees. This swift action rapidly raises the heart rate to initiate fat burning.


2. Bicycle Crunch: Lay on your back and pedal your legs bringing opposing elbows to knees. This action tones the lower abs and the oblues by involving the whole core.

3. Burpees. Megan’s favourite for their full-body impact is a classic for fat loss—burpees. For an excellent aerobic burst, do ten to twelve repetitions.

4. Mountain Mounters Assuming a plank position, one at a time bring knees towards your chest. For the core, this action is excellent and adds some cardio.
