Simplified High-Protein Recipes for Weight Loss by Grace Morgan

For home cook and fitness instructor Grace Morgan, weight loss does not mean compromising taste. She says, “Protein fuels your body and makes you full”. Grace offers her best simple recipes for everyone trying to lose weight.

1. Breakfast: Greek Yogurt Parfait. Layer plain Greek yogurt with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola. “It’s great for hectic mornings and high in protein,” Grace notes.

2. Lunch: Chicken and Veggie Wraps. Grace enjoys whole-grain wraps loaded with hummus, spinach, and grilled chicken. “It’s satisfying, portable, and quick,” she says.


3. Supper is a lentil and quinoa bowl. Grace observes, “Plant-based proteins are underappreciated.” For a nutrient-dense dinner she combines cooked lentils, quinoa, roasted vegetables, and a drizzle of tahini dressing.


4. Treat: Hard-Boiled Eggs. She notes, “I keep boiled eggs on hand for a quick snack.” Though low in calories, they are bursting in protein.
