Summer Day Anti-Inflammatory Salads Designed by Maya Wright

For Maya Wright, a summer lover and health coach, nothing compares to a clean, anti-inflammatory salad to cool down on a hot day.

“People believe healthy salads are boring,” Maya notes, “but with the correct ingredients, they can be interesting and satisfying!”

“Turmeric changes everything for fighting inflammation,” Maya adds. And the chickpeas create a very satisfying salad.

Third salad: a watermelon and cucumber refresher. Maya tosses fresh mint sprigs, cucumber slices, and cubed watermelon with a lime juice sloshful.

“This one is ideal for hot weather.” she explains. “It’s hydrating, reviving, and quite simple to make.”
