Sabine Crowe didn’t set out to go gluten-free. It was only after months of bloating and discomfort that a nutritionist suggested she try eliminating it.
“I was skeptical,” she recalls. “But I was tired of feeling tired.” Multivitamin for Men – Daily Mens Multivitamins & Multiminerals with Vitamin D, Vitamin C, B12 Zinc & More. Essential Vitamins for Mens Health.
The transition was challenging—especially when it came to snacks. Granola bars, crackers, baked goods—all her go-tos were off the table. But instead of giving up, Sabine got creative.
She began prepping simple, portable bites with ingredients she trusted. Homemade trail mix, almond flour muffins, rice cakes with nut butter—nothing fancy, just real food.
“I didn’t want to rely on processed gluten-free substitutes,” she explains. “I wanted food that worked for me.”
And it did. Her digestion improved, energy returned, and best of all, she stopped feeling chained to the nearest vending machine. “My snacks went from filler to fuel,” she says.
Today, Sabine doesn’t label her diet. “I just eat what makes me feel good,” she smiles. “And that starts with something I can grab, enjoy, and trust.”
